In this project our collaboration began in the Conceptual Design stage, where once we received the first AutoCad schemes, we began the construction of the BIM model for which our office developed a specific template that meets the graphic and organizational requirements that the Client uses in his office.
During the process, layouts were adapted to Building Codes and A.D.A. regulations.
On the BIM model, progress was made with all the required intermediate stages of development: D.O.B. Set, BID Set, Construction Documents Set.
Part of our services included the modelling and coordination with M.E.P. and Estructural Engineering in order to incorporate them into the BIM model. This allowed us to detect interferences and implement the corresponding solutions.
Finally, an As Built Set was made reflecting what was actually built.
Additionally, when the project requires it, we attend the Client’s offices to coordinate representation standards, particularities of the construction system and any additional information needed for the development of the project.
