Services
Our collaboration began in the preliminary project stage. In this initial process, the first draft drawings submitted were adjusted to local building codes, and the necessities were then adjusted to the physical reality of the site. The adjustment of the BIM model received to the constructed reality by means of a point cloud survey was fundamental.
Finally, the Executive Documentation was issued. In this case, since it was the first documentation prepared entirely in Autodesk Revit in Argentina, new standards were developed, which were later applied to all the other projects in Argentina and Chile.
The construction and technical standards for both architecture and installations, provided by Wework, were included in the executive documentation. The services included calculations, development and modelling of all the engineering, as well as its inclusion in the architectural model to check interferences and optimize resources.
Given the global nature of Wework, communication was the key element in the process where tools such as Fieldlens, Bluebeam, Zoom, and Bim360 Design / C4R were used to optimize it. The documentation service was complemented by on-site meetings, as well as meetings in the client’s offices and attendance at the work site during the construction stage.
