The house is located in a closed neighbourhood on the outskirts of the city of Buenos Aires, characterized by lots of similar dimensions with one of its faces on an artificial lagoon.
The lot where the house is located, has the particularity of being oriented towards one of the channels connecting the smaller lagoon that surrounds the neighborhood with the big water mirror of the main complex. This gives an uninterrupted view of more than 2 km
This last characteristic is the element that structures the project and is materialised through a curved road that connects access from the street with the lagoon in the direction of wider vision. It acts as the backbone around which the social ground floor is organised, and open to the visual, and the most introspective upper floor organized around a central garden terrace with opaque concrete surfaces throughout the outer perimeter.
