This office building is located on a lot between party walls and has its main facade facing northwest which required to pay special attention to the relationship between the control of sunlight, lighting and visuals. On the other hand, as an office building, it was necessary to confer to it certain character in order to be easily recognized from the street. The result is a zig-zag front where alternating blind and glass aluminum panels are arranged in a composition way. This succession of surfaces of different orientations and transparencies allowed us to solve the environmental conditions and in turn, achieve a façade unified in all its height, like a single element that gives character to the building.
